Pilates for Rehabilitation Sessions

Injury and stress change your neuromuscular patterning and create unconscious, imbalanced movement patterns.

Our trainers will work with you to reprogram these patterns through a detailed analysis of:

  • The way you walk
  • Your Standing Posture
  • Strength and Flexibility Testing

In addition to studio time, clients will be given homework exercises to further his/her progress.

PLEASE NOTE: While we are prepared to work with you and your regular health care provider to address your specific neuromuscular issues, we are not credentialed to diagnose your injury or condition.

We have an excellent roster of local professionals who are equipped to provide a diagnosis should you need a referral.

I had a knee injury last year, and Pilates helped me develop muscle strength that helped me heal. I could see the progress over a couple of months. I am working on upper body strength, especially my arms. I thought I was very weak there, and it has been great to see what I can do.
